⚠️ Caution: These bracelets are made with glass seed beads and should not be handled roughly. They are not toys, as they can pose choking hazards and be toxic to kids and pets. Ensure bracelets are connected properly.

⏰ Additional product orders should be added within 24 hours of the first order; otherwise, they will be shipped separately, incurring additional shipping costs.
- Processing time is 7-10 business days, excluding weekends. Priority shipping affects delivery time, not processing time.

🚫 ALL SALES ARE FINAL, EXCEPT FOR CANCELLATIONS OF UNSTARTED ORDERS.

🤍 Bracelets may have small imperfections due to their handmade nature. Color discrepancies require a new purchase.

💪🏼 They are durability tested but not meant to withstand rough handling. We are not responsible for personal damage to bracelets outside of packaging. Damaged items must be photographed inside the clear packaging FIRST, then we will determine if a partial refund will be processed or remake of the bracelet, free of charge.

📦 ALL orders are shipped via USPS and can take 2-6 business days to arrive. Subject to change within shipping method chosen.
- Lost or delayed packages: Open a case with Etsy if tracking hasn't updated for at least 5 days. ( https://www.etsy.com/legal/policy/purchase-protection-program-for-sellers/34509585385 ) they will refund orders of $250 and under, that are shipped with tracking, but ultimately not received at their final destination.
