📸 How to Order

In the personalization box, describe the photos you’re sending.

You’ll receive an outline to approve within 24 hours. Make any changes before we proceed.
Important: No photos = Refund after 24 hours.

Want extras after ordering? We’ll offer a partial refund for second orders placed within 24 hours. After 24 hours, extra orders will ship separately with added shipping fees. (Some exceptions may apply.)

7-10 business days (excluding weekends). Please be patient as we craft your charm with care!

🚚 Priority Shipping
Upgrade your shipping for faster delivery—but production time remains the same. Need a change? We’ll refund the difference on original shipping costs. Double-check your order before finalizing.

🚫 No Cancellations or Returns
All sales are final, but cancellations are accepted if your charm hasn’t been printed yet.

Each charm is made with love! Expect small imperfections or slight color differences—these add to its unique charm.

👩🎨 Durability
Our charms are sturdy but should be handled gently. If your charm arrives damaged (while still in packaging), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll gladly send a replacement. However, we are not responsible for any damages that occur after your order has been received. In such cases, a repurchase will be necessary if a replacement is desired.
