We will have to decline the sale and if ordered with us, we will have to process a refund back to you/cancel your order, unless personal images are given. NOTE: For better quality, send in photos that are as clear as possible. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND OUR CHARMS ARE MADE DIFFERENTLY ( HARD PLASTIC, NOT PVC/RUBBER ) AND REQUIRE INSERTING AND REMOVING THEM MUCH MORE CAREFULLY.

📏 Charms are approximately 1 in. x 1 in. (depending on the photo size) when completed. Charms will ONLY be made this size due to them being ideally universal to all Croc shoe sizes and regular Jibbitz.
➕ WE ADVISE TO OUR CUSTOMER’S IF THEY ARE WANTING TO ADD ADDITIONAL CHARMS TO THEIR ORDER, TO DO SO WITHIN 24 HOURS OF WHEN THEIR FIRST ORDER WAS PLACED. OTHERWISE, IF INQUIRING/PLACED THE ORDER AFTER 24 HOURS, THE ORDERS WILL BE SENT SEPARATELY AND SHIPPING WILL HAVE TO PAID AGAIN FOR THE ADDITIONAL ORDERS PLACED! WE STATE THIS AS THE CHARMS HAVE DIFFERENT DRYING TIMES ONCE STARTED. ( exceptions may apply )

Purchasing PRIORITY shipping will only affect the time the charm(s) take to be delivered to you once they are dropped off at the post office, not the time to make the charm(s) as the processing time is firm and choosing either shipping, your charms will still be made/completed within 7-10 business days.
🚫 ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ONLY EXCEPTION IS IF YOU ARE WANTING TO CANCEL AND YOUR CHARM HAS NOT BEEN PRINTED OUT PHYSICALLY!
👋🏼 All charms are 100% handmade and by nature may contain small imperfections and design variations. This includes color and image quality, which may differ slightly due to using heat to shrink the material. As always, we work hard to avoid this, but it is a part of the charm when purchasing a handmade product. Once received, if you’re wanting them lighter or darker, a new purchase will be necessary.
👩🎨 They are durability tested, but not meant to withstand rough handling. Any personal damage to the charm, outside of our packaging, we will not be responsible for, therefore no replacements or refunds will be issued and a repurchase will be necessary. If your charm(s) arrived damaged in any way, we ask for you to send us a picture of the damaged charm(s) WHILE STILL INSIDE OUR CLEAR PACKAGING FIRST, then we can determine to issue a partial refund or remake of the charm, free of charge.
📦 ALL orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive 2-6 business days after being dropped off at the post office. This timeframe can vary due to location and if USPS has any delays going on.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. If your packages tracking has not updated for at least 5 days, and you feel it may have been lost during transit, please open a case with Etsy. As stated, in their newly released purchase protection program ( https://www.etsy.com/legal/policy/purchase-protection-program-for-sellers/34509585385 ) they will refund orders of $250 and under, that are shipped with tracking, but ultimately not received at their final destination.
